Apple Cider Sangria

It isn’t Fall without a little bit of apple cider! Sliced seasonal fruits and a splash of brandy bring out the fall flavors in this sparkling punch.

2 1/2 c. apple cider
3/4 c. brandy
1/2 c. fresh clementine or orange juice
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 1-in piece fresh ginger, peeled and very thinly sliced
2 tsp. orange bitters
4 clementines, thinly sliced
2 apples (Pink Lady, Honeycrisp, or your favorite), very thinly sliced pomegranate seeds
1 750ml bottle Prosecco or other dry sparkling wine
Pomegranate seeds, for serving

Mulled Cider

You can prep this party-friendly cider up to 2 days in advance — when you’re ready to serve, just heat it up, add the rum and you’re ready to go!

1 gal. apple cider
4 cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 tsp. whole allspice
One tsp. whole cloves
1 navel orange
1 lemon
One c. rum
cinnamon sticks

Cranberry 75 Punch

With cranberries, clementines, and gin for good measure, you’ll be wanting spoonful after spoonful of this sweet punch.


2-3 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, plus more for serving
3 clementines, thinly sliced
8 c. cranberry juice cocktail
2 c. gin
1/2 c. fresh clementine juice
1 bottle of sparkling white wine

Apple Cider Floats

With whipped cream and fresh apple slices, this sweet drink doubles as a yummy fall dessert.


Sparkling Apple Cider
Fresh apple cider
French vanilla ice cream
Whipped Cream
Apple slice
Ground cinnamon
Cinnamon stick
Caramel sauce

  1. Scoop ice cream into a cup & pour equal parts sparkling apple cider & fresh local apple cider.
  2. Top with whipped cream, an apple slice, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, a cinnamon stick, & caramel sauce.
  3. Enjoy!
