Spiced Mexican Hot Chocolate

Just when you think hot chocolate couldn’t get any better. Cinnamon sticks and a splash of bourbon will change the way you think of hot cocoa.

Ingredients
4 c. whole milk
2 c. half-and-half
1/2 c. dulce de leche
2 Cinnamon sticks
10 oz. 70% dark chocolate
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 c. bourbon

Apple Cider Mojitos

A little apple cider turns a summer Mojito into the perfect fall refresher.

Ingredients

Ice

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 c. gold rum

apple cider

Mint, for garnish

Apple slices, for garnish

Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Apple Pie Bourbon Shots

Unlike regular shots, there’s nothing harsh about the apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg-infused shots.

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. bourbon
2 apples (green and red), chopped
3 sugar cubes
1 whole nutmeg, slightly shaved
4 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish
1 1″ piece fresh ginger

Warm Bourbon Cider

If warm apple cider just isn’t enough, it’s time for a batch of warm bourbon cider. It’s basically you’re typical apple cider recipe, but with a dash of bourbon.

Ingredients
1 gal. fresh apple cider
5 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3 c. bourbon (see Tip)

Apple Cider Slushies

Personally, we think every drink should come with a mini cinnamon-sugar donut on the rim.

Ingredients
3 c. apple cider
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 mini cinnamon-sugar doughnuts

Pomegranate Poison Spritz

Fake spiders are frozen in ice cubes + a fruity pomegranate spritz = the perfect Halloween cocktail.

1 1/2 oz. (3 tbsp.) vodka
3 oz. pomegranate juice
6 oz. Seltzer
