6-7 slices of bread

2 cups of warm milk

1/4 cup of spiced rum

1/4 cup of brown sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tsp of nutmeg

1/2 cup of raisins

Whipped cream, for serving

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Grease an 8-inch baking dish.

Cut the bread into small cubes and place them in the baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, spiced rum, brown sugar, eggs, and spices.

Add the raisins to the mixture and stir well.

Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and press down gently with a spoon.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until the pudding is golden and crispy on top.

Serve with whipped cream.

Caramel Whisky Cookies

These sweet, soft cookies have a boozy twist with caramel whiskey baked right in. They are perfect for snacking on while enjoying a cozy night by the fire.

1/2 cup of butter, softened

1 cup of brown sugar

2 eggs

1/4 cup of caramel whiskey

2 cups of flour

Baking soda

1 cup of chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

In a mixer bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in the caramel whiskey.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Let the cookies cool before serving.

Bourbon Ice Cream

This rich, bourbon-infused ice cream is the perfect way to finish off a dinner party or to have it as a special treat after a long day.

2 cups of heavy cream

1 cup of milk

3/4 cup of white sugar

6 egg yolks

1/4 cup of bourbon

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat the heavy cream, milk, and 1/2 cup of sugar over medium heat.

In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and the remaining sugar.

Slowly pour the warm cream mixture into the egg yolk mixture, whisking constantly.

Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.

Remove the mixture from the heat and pour it through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl.

Stir in the bourbon and a pinch of salt.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
