Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Grease an 8-inch baking dish.

Cut the bread into small cubes and place them in the baking dish.

Add the raisins to the mixture and stir well.

Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and press down gently with a spoon.

Remove the mixture from the heat and pour it through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl.

Stir in the bourbon and a pinch of salt.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Serve immediately or freeze for later.
